The blame goes on the users of drugs and alcohol, but we will never learn that the same people that are trying to limit the flow of drugs partake in the worst of all habits of pleasing self and that is alcohol which caused more hurt and death than all wars on earth
You will never stop things that are destructive to society because humans are inherently selfish please me humans ,we gravitate from pain to pleasure and pleasure is where evil lies
